1. Digital Photography

• Our digital photography items are high-resolution images available for instant download upon purchase.

• Each digital photograph is for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the images is strictly prohibited without explicit consent from Blenda Prints.

• All images sold are for non-exclusive use, meaning other customers may purchase and use the same image.

2. Usage Rights

• By purchasing our digital photography, you acquire the right to use the image for personal projects, including but not limited to printing for personal display, desktop wallpapers, social media posts, and personal websites.

• You cannot claim ownership of the image or imply any association with Blenda Prints beyond the initial purchase.

2. Copy Right and Licensing

• All digital photographs available for purchase are protected by copyright laws. Blenda Prints retains all copyrights and ownership of the images.

• Upon purchase, customers receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the image(s) for personal purposes as this policy outlines.

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchasing intangible products, like digital downloads, are made through payment gateways such as PayPal. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit and debit cards in different countries. Your details are not stored during this process.

 

1. Digital Products Refund Policy 

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed "used" after download or opening. All purchases of digital downloads made on Blenda Prints are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since those products are intangible, there is a strict no-refund policy.

 

Blenda Prints reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.

2. Physical Products Refund Policy 

If there is any problem with the purchased product, feel free to contact us via the contact form within 14 days after you receive the product.

 

In the case of exchange or refund, the buyer bears the shipping costs except when the product is defective or incorrect. Please inform us before you return the product to us.

 

Blenda Prints reserves the right not to accept the returned product if it is in a used or damaged condition. The customer must return the product unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Blenda Prints must repay the amount paid to the buyer immediately and within 15 days of receipt.

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact us through the contact form with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
